Our evaluation associates work with organizations and programs to address issues of access, equity, social and community change. Our principal consultant, Vanessa McKendall Stephens, leads our facilitation, evaluation and capacity building process with non-profits, education, community, state and other organizations. Projects include work in a variety of fields such as education, health disparities, arts integration, community development and community corrections.
Vanessa McKendall-Stephens, Ph. D.
Dr. Stephens has over sixteen years local and national experience working as a facilitator, trainer and evaluation consultant with nonprofits, educational/state institutions and community-based organizations. As president of Face Valu Evaluation Consulting & Associates, she focuses on social and community change by addressing issues of access and equity. In addition to building organizational capacity to use her Learning What Works® model, she conducts multi-method evaluation that guides reflection and strategic decision-making in complex environments.
